A teenager, who had disappeared, in the Gard, since January 21, was found, said Sunday Eric Maurel, the prosecutor of Nîmes.
The young woman, aged 16, had left the family home, in Bagnols-sur-Cèze, and had given no further news. An investigation had been opened to try to find his trace, and his relatives had multiplied the calls for witnesses.
Reasons for his disappearance unknown
According to the public prosecutor of Nîmes, “a priori, she is not injured”, but medical examinations were in progress, Sunday, at the end of the afternoon. For the moment, nothing is known of the reasons and circumstances of his disappearance. The young woman will soon be heard by the investigators, said Eric Maurel.
