The first facts had been denounced in 2012 by a young woman just of age who came to be treated for painful lower back pain. The physio had been able to continue to exercise but other complaints had followed. In 2018, the justice had imposed on the practitioner a judicial control and pronounced a temporary ban on practicing.

During the five days of hearing, the accused denied the facts, denouncing machinations invented by the victims. Incarcerated after the verdict, the Morbihannais has not finished with justice, since five new complaints have been filed by former patients since the end of the investigation.
