a dispute between motorists ends in stabbing

A man in his thirties was rushed to Bordeaux University Hospital this Sunday afternoon, after being stabbed in the village of Minzac, in the Dordogne. The victim was hit in the chest and shoulder, after a fight between motorists at the end of the morning,

The author of the stabbing, in his twenties, was still in custody this Sunday afternoon at the Bergerac search brigade. The Bergerac prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation for attempted homicide.

According to the first elements of the investigation, a conflict broke out between the two motorists on the road. They then each got out of their car in the middle of the village, and came to blows. According to South West, one of them, who lives in the village, is said to have gone to his home to grab a knife, and to have struck the victim twice, in front of his seven-year-old son, who remained in the car during the brawl .
