The birthday year 2022 is almost over – the Mercedes S-Class of the W116 generation celebrated its 50th twelve months and that is something very special for everyone. The 116 was far more than the first top-of-the-range model from Mercedes, which was called the S-Class. The W116 redefined the European luxury sedan and not least the Mercedes-Benz brand.
