Vincent-Terrail Novès, the candidate supported by LREM in Occitanie, has just paid the price. The exhumation of several of his “likes” on Instagram publications of RN Jordan Bardella marked the end of his adventure. “By discovering these facts yesterday, I took the firm and inflexible decision to suspend Enzo Favaro who is no longer participating in the campaign,” said in a press release the leader of New Momentum for Occitanie. Vincent Terrail-Novès specifies that his running mate “admitted having liked three photos of Jordan Bardella two years ago”.

The student, founder of an association to help veterans, cannot however be removed from the official list presented in Haute-Garonne where he appears in 23rd place, since it was registered in the prefecture. He will only be able to leave it between the two rounds, in the event of possible retention of the candidate.
Big tensions in the ex-LR family
This case illustrates the tense climate between Vincent Terrail-Novès, from the ranks of LR, and the head of the Republicans list, Aurélien Pradié.
