Macabre discovery this Wednesday afternoon in Montbert (Loire-Atlantique), south of Nantes. Around 1 p.m., a passer-by saw a body floating on the surface of the
Chantemerle municipal lake, near the Le Relais des Garennes campsite.
The firefightersStepped in and brought up the lifeless body of a woman. The gendarmerie took up the case and opened an investigation.
The hypothesis of a criminal act is not retained for the moment, specifies an officer of the gendarmerie. It could be a suicide. Investigations are continuing.
