A 15-year-old teenager was the victim of several stab wounds in Montpellier. The facts took place in the district Near Arenas, near the Garcia Llorca tram station, on Saturday evening, shortly after 8 p.m. He died on Sunday from his injuries at CHU Lapeyronie.
According to a friend present during the drama, a fight broke out for an unknown reason with a group of individuals. One of them allegedly stabbed the victim several times, particularly in the thorax.
Homicide investigation
The group then fled, leaving the teenager on the ground. Departmental public security police officers were in charge of the investigation. The images of the video surveillance cameras of the city and of the Tam were seized in order to find the author of the fatal blow and the people involved in this attack.
The prosecution has opened an investigation for homicide.
