Vision Pro glasses, Macbooks, Super Mac and lots of software: The WWDC 2023 in pictures

For Tim Cook it was the “best WWDC” in the company’s history – at least that’s what he wrote just before the event kicked off. What then followed was like a real firework display. But it started small. As befits WWDC, software and its developers initially played the main role.

Apple gave a first look at iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14 and watchOS 10. There were also new calculators. In addition, there will soon be an XXL version of the 15-inch Macbook Air and new fodder for professionals, such as a revised version of the Mac Studio and the Mac Pro with an M chip. Apple has finally said goodbye to Intel and only offers Macs with its own processors.

The star of the show was undoubtedly the Vision Pro. With the mixed reality glasses, Apple wants to herald a new era and show what could come after desktop computers, laptops and smartphones. The first attempt is a fairly large pair of glasses packed with amazing hardware – at an equally amazing price.

You can find an overview of the new products in the photo gallery above. The details of the event can be found in this article.
