Extremely rare, a whale seen in the Calanques National Park

Rare images, which immortalize a unique moment, experienced last month by a handful of lucky people. On its social networks, the Calanques National Park recounts the meeting between park agents and… a fin whale. The cetacean was observed last March for an hour and a half very close to the famous creek of En-Vau.

The whale is the second largest animal in the world. Already in April 2020, in full confinement, two whales had been observed in the waters of the park, giving rise to magical images.
