The facts occurred late Friday afternoon in Yutz, Moselle. A 7-year-old girl died after being run over by her mother’s car. Inside the vehicle was his 11-year-old cousin, reports The Lorraine Republican.
How could such a tragedy happen? The oldest child accidentally started the car as she was looking for something inside. The vehicle would then have moved forward and pinned the victim against a wall.
Warned, the emergency services were unable to revive the girl, who lived in Cattenom.
