The day after, the visibility is still hazy, like after a desert storm. Of the 100 billion euros that were previously allocated to the climate and transformation fund, 60 billion will be lost – in other words, from the fund that was supposed to pave Germany’s way to climate neutrality. Some other special funds will no longer be able to exist in this form. But what does that mean for citizens?
