Breathe a sigh of relief with coach Walter. HSV has ended its negative streak in the 2nd Bundesliga.

Hamburger SV has ended its negative streak in the 2nd Bundesliga. After six winless away games at 1. FC Nürnberg, the Hanseatic League won 2-0 (0-0) and secured third place in the table at the end of the first half of the season. This should lead to discussions HSV coach Tim Walter will initially be finished.

It was the third home defeat in a row for Nuremberg. Goal scorers Robert Glatzel (80th) and Jean-Luc Dompé (90th + 7) scored the goals for the guests, who achieved their second away win of the season.

Eleven days after the 2-1 cup win in Magdeburg, pursuers Fortuna Düsseldorf once again achieved a 3-2 (0-2) win after being 2-0 down. The Rhinelanders thus moved up to fourth place in the table. Vincent Vermeij (46th/75th) and Shinta Appelkamp (70th) scored the goals for Fortuna. Herbert Bockhorn (17th) and Xavier Amaechi (37th) scored for Magdeburg to take a 2-0 lead.

Zero number in Berlin

Hertha BSC remained undefeated in their ninth competitive game in a row, but had to settle for a 0-0 draw against bottom team VfL Osnabrück in front of their own crowd.

On Friday evening, FC Schalke 04 missed their third win in a row in a 2-2 draw against SpVgg Greuther Fürth. The hosts won the game between SC Paderborn and Hansa Rostock, which was overshadowed by riots, 3-0.
