In Germany, psychotherapy was only included without restriction in the guidelines for the treatment of people with psychoses and schizophrenia in 2015. A working group at the Berlin Charité is developing new therapy methods together with patients. Psychologist Kerem Böge explains why research is important – also to counter stigmata.
