Würmtal – Two 80-year-olds have accidents – District of Munich

It was only 10.20 a.m. on Saturday morning, but an 80-year-old Graefelfinger who ended up in a traffic control on Seeholzenstrasse with his car was already intoxicated. The breath alcohol test showed 0.5 per mille, so he was not allowed to drive any further. A fine of 500 euros, two points in the “traffic offenders” file and a one-month driving ban will be imposed on him. An 84-year-old who was cycling in Planegg on the same day was lucky and got away with the horror. He cycled through the pedestrian traffic lights on Münchner Strasse when there was a red light and was hit by the car of a 77-year-old who had started correctly when it was green. There was minor property damage to both vehicles.
