Stefan Kindermann is an international chess grandmaster, managing director of Munich Chess Academy (online courses are currently taking place there) and co-founder and board member of Munich Chess Foundationthat promotes particularly disadvantaged children. As a professional chess player, Kindermann was a nine-time German team champion and has taken part in eight chess Olympiads and one world championship. With Robert von Weizsäcker he has the strategy model from the success strategies of the chess grandmasters Royal plan develops and communicates this concept to executives in the form of lectures and seminars.
