without license or insurance, he conveyed 200 cartridges from Andorra

Police officers from the Toulouse anti-crime brigade had been informed of cigarette trafficking between Andorra and the Pink City as part of an investigation. Saturday evening, around 11 p.m., they intercepted two men in the Saint-Simon district who were traveling in a car returning from the principality. On board, the police found no less than 200 cartridges, intended for resale on the black market.

In addition to the smuggling, the driver did not have a driver’s license or insurance for the car. The two men, aged 24 and 35, unknown to the police, were brought to justice on Monday morning. In their defense, they indicated that they had just been mandated to pick up the goods.
