Recipe for 4 people
100 g wild garlic, fresh
5 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 liter vegetable broth
50 ml cream
salt
pepper
2 tbsp butter

preparation
1) Peel and coarsely chop the onion and potatoes.
2) Cut the wild garlic into rough strips and put some aside for the garnish.
3) Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Then deglaze with the vegetable broth and cook the potatoes and wild garlic in it. Salt and pepper the soup and cook until the potatoes are tender.
4) Mix the soup with a blender and finally fold in the cream. Bring to the boil again before serving.
