After Tommi Schmitt, “Wildberry Lillet” singer Nina Chuba has now also managed to make her mark on “Who steals the show from me?” to enforce.
It was the last chance to steal the show from Joko Winterscheidt (45) in the eighth season – and singer Nina Chuba (25) took advantage of it. In the fifth episode of “Who Steals the Show?” aired on October 6, 2024. She was able to prevail against her fellow candidates and the moderator. This means she can present the big final show (Sunday, October 13th, 8:15 p.m., ProSieben or in advance at Joyn PLUS+).
Chuba announces: “It’s going to be good!”
This time neither Winterscheidt nor podcaster Tommi Schmitt (35), comedian Kurt Krömer (49) and wildcard winner Robert had a chance against the singer. Chuba could hardly believe her victory herself. On her Instagram page But she announced overjoyed: “I’m really excited and looking forward to my show. It’s going to be good!”
From the first round of the game things went smoothly for the 25-year-old. Added to this was luck: there were a relatively large number of musical questions in which the singer was able to shine. But she also knew, for example, that a moving helper is called a “dog.” She achieved her victory with the term “atoll” – while Winterscheidt guessed the Maldives as a ring-shaped reef around a lagoon. Previously, Chuba caused a lot of amusement when she loudly tapped on a “penis” in the “Looking for Sensation” quiz and immediately landed on a digital nipple board. Things weren’t much better for Tommi Schmitt, who had the same thing with “Pimmel”.
Kurt Krömer has no chance
Kurt Krömer had no chance again and was once again the first to leave the show. Viewers took to social media to regret that the comedian will not present the show even once. Podcaster Schmitt then said goodbye second, so that Nina Chuba and wildcard winner Robert fought for a place in the final quiz. At the beginning of the show, the student teacher was able to present his special talent: being able to burp the entire alphabet. Winterscheidt asked the audience for a standing ovation for this historic event.
Nina Chuba had already achieved such a big gap in points that Robert ultimately didn’t have a chance at all. In the game “I forgot the answer so quickly,” she performed in bachelorette style, so that Robert didn’t have to compete at all. The 25-year-old competed against Winterscheidt in the quiz with three coins – and quickly came out on top here too.
After the eighth season is before the ninth
ProSieben announced before the final good news: There will be another season. The ninth edition of “Who’s Stealing the Show?” will therefore be recorded in Berlin from November 6th to 18th.
