The alleged murderer admitted the facts but could only give “confused explanations” for his terrible gesture. The psychiatrist expert called to examine him concluded, explains the public prosecutor, “to the incompatibility of his state of health with police custody”. He was automatically hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital.
