Spring is slowly warming up in Germany. At the beginning of the week it will be mostly sunny and dry.

High “Martin” gives Germany a sunny and dry start to the new week. The German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Saturday that the calm weather from Hoch “Lino” of the past few days is continuing.

On Sunday, dense clouds are to be expected in some areas over Germany, “because Hoch Lino is already on the way to Eastern Europe and Martin is still warming up,” explained the DWD. The sun will prevail, especially in the west, and the temperatures will rise to up to eight degrees.

Rain is not to be expected during the day, only isolated snow showers on the Baltic Sea. At night, temperatures drop to as low as minus seven degrees. In the north, rain is to be expected in some areas and snow grains in the low mountain ranges.

On Monday, some clouds will obscure the sun, especially in the east, while the fog in the north will last until noon. In the western half, on the other hand, the sun shines more often. It stays dry and the temperatures rise to up to nine degrees. During the night on Tuesday, fog is only to be expected in the east and temperatures will drop to minus eight degrees.

Thick clouds are also expected in the east on Tuesday, while it will remain mostly sunny in the west. Temperatures will rise to eleven degrees. During the night, only a few fog are to be expected before, according to the DWD, “pure sunshine” is on the program from Wednesday.
