Weather in Bavaria: It’s getting hot again – temperatures over 30 degrees – Bavaria

It will probably be hot again in Bavaria over the weekend. According to a meteorologist from the German Weather Service (DWD), temperatures are expected to rise to up to 33 degrees in parts of the Free State on Saturday.

From Thursday onwards, we can expect a lot of sunshine, with a few clouds as well. Temperatures will rise to 23 to 26 degrees. On Friday, it will be summery warm – around 25 degrees in Upper Franconia and up to 31 degrees in the eastern Alpine foothills.

According to the DWD expert, a high pressure area from the south is bringing subtropical sea air and thus high temperatures back to Bavaria. On Saturday there could be isolated thunderstorms in the Alps in the late afternoon. On Sunday, showers are expected to move across the Free State from the west. Temperatures are expected to drop to 22 to 25 degrees, with 25 to 28 degrees expected in eastern Bavaria.
