Since last week, there has been a new emergency number on Mallorca. Citizens can call 606 875 244 via WhatsApp as soon as they see specimens of a particularly nasty species. This is not about drunk or violent tourists, but about uninvited six-legged guests from Asia – wasps of the species Vespa velutina.
