Visa Announces Partnership with Huobi and Solaris to Enable European Clients to Make Crypto Payments with Debit Cards

Visa and Huobi enter the European market

Huobi has announced a joint project with European financial services provider Solaris to offer a Visa crypto debit card, which will be available to European customers in the EEA during the quarter. 2nd place of 2023

Solaris’ head of strategy said that the partnership with Huobi is just the first step towards many more innovations.

Binance has previously launched its own crypto debit card in Europe, allowing Europeans to withdraw funds from Binance wallets.

Visa has partnered with several crypto service providers. Earlier this year, Visa announced a partnership with Blockchain.com and Visa have also partnered with the fintech company ZELF to launch a debit card and easily open a dollar account using your name, email and phone number.

Visa to Launch Crypto Payment Solutions

Previously, on Dec. 20, 2022, the Visa companyannounceIt plans to offer crypto services to allow customers to withdraw funds from their Ethereum wallets without having to click on approvals for transactions that users normally do, similar to Netflix’s debit card service or promotions. Visa will launch a wallet where users can access and manage the wallet themselves. Users can transfer funds from this wallet automatically from the program settings. This is similar to how users can schedule payments without having to manually approve the transaction.

Visa says it has tested the product on StarkNet, a layer 2 solution, and it has been successful.
