This student’s performance at her graduation ceremony not only wows the audience.
When Rosalba Mensah starts dancing across the stage, she surprisingly lets herself do the balancing act – and the crowd goes wild.
The 28-year-old completed her Masters in Costume Design for Performance at the London College of Fashion and wanted to “celebrate in style”.
The video was recorded at the Royal Festival Hall of the University of the Arts London.
The video went viral on social media and now has almost 500,000 views.
“When I did my bachelor’s degree, I danced for about a second, but I thought I could have done more. Then for my master’s, I just did the splits!” – Rosalba.
Rosalba hadn’t practiced the splits before and was relieved that she did it.
“After that I realized that my dress could have broken! Luckily that didn’t happen! – Rosalba
Though the 28-year-old thought she might hear a few cheers from her family in the audience,
she didn’t expect such a big reaction from the audience and from social networks.
