The ice is getting thinner

An action with strong symbolic power. On Saturday, a 2.7-ton block of ice floated about 20 meters above Sydney Harbor and melted under the effect of summer temperatures. The ice was the ground on which changing dancers and performers stood and performed as part of the Sydney Festival. An icy ground that is slowly dissolving: The same is true of human life on earth in the context of climate change, which means that the average temperature is currently increasing and glaciers are melting at an ever faster rate. The performance was brought to life by the theater company Legs On The Wall. The campaign will be on display in the port of the Australian metropolis for eight hours from January 14th to 16th.
