Video: Freeride World Tour shows spectacular descents in Andorra

STORY: Blue skies and good conditions for the second stage of the Freeride World Tour on Thursday in Andorra. It’s not about being the fastest, it’s about making the most spectacular off-piste ride possible. The Austrian skier Valentin Rainer managed best that day, who then finished on the podium in front of the American Ross Tester and the Swiss Maxime Chabloz. At the Freeride World Tour, men and women start in the ski and snowboard categories. Canadian snowboarder Katie Anderson won the second stage in a row with this descent. Three stages are still missing. The highlight of the tour is the grand finale in Verbier, Switzerland, which is scheduled to take place at the end of March/beginning of April on the slopes of the Bec des Rosses.
