Demolition masters razed four cooling towers near the English city of Leeds on Sunday. The cooling towers were part of the Eggborough coal-fired power station, which was shut down in 2018 after almost 50 years. The demolition masters had prepared for the demolition for nine months. The demolition went according to plan, as planned, the towers collapsed. Originally the power plant had 8 cooling towers. Four of them had already been blown up in August.
