Up to five years in prison for members of a car trafficking ring on the port

According to information from Provence, the Marseille Criminal Court sentenced this Thursday morning 17 people members of a vast network of car trafficking in the port of Marseille, to sentences ranging from two years in prison suspended to five years in prison closed.

The investigation, carried out by the Departmental Directorate of Public Security of Bouches-du-Rhône in the summer of 2014, identified this network of trafficking in stolen vehicles which were then disguised and exported, in particular to the Maghreb.
