Unterhaching – Greens demand more money for town hall staff – District of Munich

Household consultations are due in the community of Unterhaching. Therefore, the Greens are now calling for the staff in the town hall to also keep an eye on the lower and smaller income groups. In a motion, the parliamentary group draws attention to the fact that everyone is constantly striving to acquire and retain qualified staff for the administration. In recent years, the finance committee has always supported higher classifications and ranks among executives. The Greens think that is important, but one must also ensure that the less well-paid positions are and remain filled. “It is precisely because the cost of living is constantly rising in the metropolitan area that our employees need our support here,” write the Greens. Long-standing and proven staff, even in the middle and low salary levels, should, where appropriate, be grouped and classified as well as possible in coordination with the staff council.
