Two people were killed and five injured in a knife attack on a regional train from Kiel to Hamburg. The Interior Minister of Schleswig-Holstein, Sabine Sütterlin-Waack, told the German Press Agency.
The incident happened just before 3 p.m. A man attacked passengers on the train with a knife, said a spokesman for the federal police.
