Twenty years later, two indictments canceled on appeal due to prescription

The Paris Court of Appeal on Wednesday canceled due to prescription the indictments of two former executives of the Shipyards Department for homicide and involuntary injuries in the investigation into the attack in Karachi (Pakistan) in 2002, a learned AFP from sources familiar with the matter.
