1. Sweet potato chips

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • pepper
  • salt
  • some oil

preparation

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into even slices
  2. Mix the sweet potato slices in a bowl with a little pepper, salt and oil
  3. Place in small batches in the hot air fryer

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large, ovenproof mug
  2. Bake the mug cake at 170 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes

Cleaning the air fryer: water, sponge and washing-up liquid

Even if only a spoonful of oil ends up in the frying basket or in the pan, the hot air fryer must be cleaned of fat and leftover food at the latest after the feast. All you need is hot water, a drop of washing-up liquid and the soft side of a sponge. A brush helps with stubborn food residues. Important: Allow the containers to cool for about 30 minutes before cleaning.
