Scandal in the process of an alleged triple murder in Starnberg: Because the lawyers of one of the accused did not appear at short notice to hear a witness, the process was delayed even further, as a spokesman for the Munich II Regional Court confirmed on Friday. Judge Regina Holstein had previously scheduled a continuation of the hearing for the unusually late Thursday evening.
An expert commissioned by the defense should be heard. Only about a quarter of an hour before the start of the hearing, however, the three defense lawyers for the co-accused of aiding and abetting the murder canceled the appointment for various reasons and thus canceled the appointment.
The procedure for the murder of a family in Starnberg has been going on for almost a year and a half. Two men are accused after the violent death of their friend and his parents in their villa.
