Transilien SNCF Voyageurs is organizing a major recruitment forum this Tuesday

To your Curriculum Vitae! After recruiting 770 agents last year, Transilien SNCF Voyageurs is back in action in 2023. This Tuesday, the leading mobility operator in Île-de-France is organizing a major recruitment forum at Ground Control in the 12th arrondissement.

RER, train and tram drivers, mechanics, electrical technicians… Nearly 900 jobs will be offered in this former wasteland transformed into a third place. If the choice should attract young people, it is only the first charm asset deployed by the SNCF.

Virtual reality, online training and coaching by Pôle emploi

Indeed, to maximize its chances of attracting potential candidates, the company wants to deploy a whole arsenal. On site first, with a virtual reality space to show visitors the driving cab, but also a MOOC space to show the online training available and a coaching space offered by Pôle emploi to help future employees refine their candidacy. “Preselection and recruitment interviews for the driving and maintenance of trains will also be offered,” adds the SNCF.

Paid training

Above all, to finish convincing those who still doubt the opportunities presented, the SNCF is advancing a precious pawn: “For most trades, Transilien SNCF Voyageurs provides paid training for candidates, with no requirement for prior training. »

In addition to these positions highlighted by the SNCF, the transport company adds that other trades, within it, are recruiting, in particular in customer relations at the station and in the group’s information and engineering systems.

For candidates: The appointment is given this Tuesday, April 18 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Ground Control, 81, rue du Charolais, 75012 Paris.

Candidates are invited to present themselves with their CV.
