Traffic light: A useless argument about the payment card for asylum seekers – Opinion

What else actually has to happen for the federal government to stop bickering? And what are all the vows worth that we’ll pull ourselves together from now on? To shorten it: nothing. The most recent example is the payment card for asylum seekers. The federal and state governments want them, a working group was founded, criteria were worked out, and the first states already have the card. And in Berlin? The government parties are at loggerheads there again, and the FDP is threatening to pull out of the traffic lights. Go ahead, you want to shout. If you can’t or don’t want to govern, you shouldn’t.
