He had become their real scapegoat. Then two years old, Yanis is entrusted by his mother, a little overwhelmed, to a couple of friends living in Auberchicourt, in the North, for a fortnight.
There, he becomes the sulfur pain of the master of the house and four other adults who mistreat him during drunken evenings recounted by The Parisian.
Beaten until he bled with a broom, a rolling pin or an electric fly swatter for a simple wetting in the bed, Yanis also suffered the worst humiliations.
He “suffers from many delays”
Used as a top or a soccer ball, his face taped with an onion, or forced to lick the shoes of adults, the child is the victim of a veritable wave of abuse under the gaze of four teenage girls who are also mistreated. Traumatized, one of them lost the use of speech.
As indicated RTL, the mother is prosecuted for not having reacted. When she brings her son to the hospital, he can’t even stand up.
Now 6 years old, Yanis “suffers from numerous delays and constant medical monitoring”, relates Me Alain Reisenthel, quoted by our colleagues.
Verdict on January 24

He will not attend the hearings, unlike the daughters of the defendants, who are expected to testify against their parents on the stand. The defendants face between seven and twenty years in prison. The verdict is scheduled for January 24.
