At first, Laurelle walks past the products, but is so shocked that she goes back to make sure what she just saw.
“That didn’t feel right to me, so I went back to make sure what I was seeing was really what I was seeing. To my surprise and disappointment, it was. I’ve never seen anything like it, only on social media, not on my doorstep.” — Laurelle
Supermarket Tesco has since apologized: “We deeply regret this incident and these products clearly should not have been labeled in this way. We are working hard to ensure Tesco is a place where everyone feels welcome and the tags have now been removed from this branch,” a spokesman told a local Essex newspaper.
