Africa is rich in many things, including wisdom. “When elephants fight, the grass suffers,” says one of them, and Africa knows this fight well enough. Elephants from Europe fought for claims and raw materials on the neighboring continent, they trampled on more than just grass. Later, elephants from all over the world fought for supremacy in the fossil age. No continent suffers from the consequences of the climate crisis like Africa – although it causes less than four percent of global emissions. The USA, Europe, China, Japan do the business, Africa’s grass withers.
