The UK will be a country in autumn 2021 where motorists are queuing to get one last drop of petrol at the petrol station. A country where restaurants close because they don’t get enough chicken. A country where people fear that they will no longer be able to heat this winter after one gas supplier after the other has gone bankrupt.
