The special episode of Friends, where the six actors and friends will reunite 17 years after the series ends, premieres on HBO Max on May 27. The event will also bring together a host of distinguished guests.
This special episode was originally scheduled to be broadcast at the end of May 2020 for the launch of the streaming platform. But the Covid-19 pandemic has forced production to postpone filming. HBO Max also released a trailer for the episode, which is limited to a long shot of the show’s six heroes, from behind, walking around. “The One Where They Get Back Together”, says the title of the episode, using the wording similar to all the episodes of the series, which all started with “the one” (“The One”) .
