Heating, refrigerator, washing machine: you can find almost everything on Munich’s sidewalks – and more and more of them. But be careful: if you are unlucky, the bulky waste fraudsters will come.

One can wonder a lot at this sight. The spontaneous, of course: Who does that? Sometimes the daylight on the sidewalk is just merciless, for example when it shines on a completely filthy fabric armchair that was obviously just in a Munich apartment before it was simply put on the street by its owner. Hence the next question: Who lives – or resides – that way? But of course you also ask yourself: How does someone who, for example, simply leave a washing machine on the sidewalk on Ickstattstrasse think about living together in the city?
