There were no new episodes of “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner” for three years. Now VOX is bringing back the offshoot of its early evening format.

In the spring of 2019, the last episode of “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner” was staged. Now VOX is bringing back the prime-time offshoot of its weekday hit “The Perfect Dinner”. Running on June 19, 2022 according to the broadcaster the first of four summer specials. The other three programs will be broadcast on the following Sundays.

These quartets fight for points at the “Celebrity Dinner”.

The candidates for the cooking competitions have already been determined. The first episode on June 19 is themed “Generation Social Media”. With Lara Loft (33), Malwanne (28), Papaplatte (25) and MAX (25) four influencers or streamers compete against each other.

“The Week of Diversity” rises on June 26th. There are “Prince Charming” Nicolas Puschmann (31) and “Princess Charming” Irina hose (31), the protagonists of the queer dating shows from RTL +. Drag Queen Candy Crash (30) and “Love Island” candidate Jessica Derucki (22) complete the diverse quartet.

In the episode entitled “Goodbye Germany – Viva Mallorca” (July 3), there is a fight between the stars of the VOX show “Goodbye Germany”. The Malle emigrants compete in duos: Lisha and Lou, Tamara and Marco Gülpen, and Mark and Licia Wycislik. Danni Büchner (44) cooks with her daughter Joelina Karabas (23).

At the end of the mini season, the motto is “Party Mile Mallorca”. Party singers and other personalities from the Balearic Islands are guests: Ina Colada (36), Detlef Steves (51), Lorenz Büffel (42) and Isi Glück (31).

Evergreen with a weakening offshoot

Since March 2006, ambitious amateur cooks have been cooking in “The Perfect Dinner” every working day. In the summer of 2006, the first offshoot followed with celebrities instead of normal people. In the first few years, an episode of “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner” ran almost every week, but the format finally fell asleep. From 2017 to 2019 there were only two specials a year, all episodes with jungle camp candidates. There hasn’t been a new episode since 2019.

Since the ratings of the regular episodes of the “perfect dinner” have recently increased, VOX is now daring to revive the celebrity editions.
