The dream ship sets course for Namibia – and Caro Daur is on board

At the start of the year, ZDF takes its viewers on a long journey: The “dream ship” sets off for Africa. Also there are Caro Daur and Sarah Lombardi.
She actually makes her living as a model and influencer. 3.4 million people follow Caro Daur on Instagram. The specialist magazine “Werben und Sell” described the native of Hamburg as “one of the most influential Germans”. And now the 26-year-old is making her debut on the ZDF entertainment steamer “Das Traumschiff”.
In the program broadcast on January 1st, Daur can be seen in the role of the well-known actress Paulina Winter, who falls in love on board with the unsuspecting bookseller Friedemann Blum, played by Alexander Prince Osei. The two are on their way to Namibia, where Paulina Winter is expected to film.
Captain Max Parger (Florian Silbereisen) has completely different problems: He has to look after his niece Leonie, who is also in Namibia but does not want to come back to her family in Germany. The robust captain should now persuade the 18-year-old to return. Of course, Parger is supported by his team around the busy Hanna Liebhold (Barbara Wussow) and the serene Martin Grimm (Daniel Morgenroth).
Sarah Lombardi has another appearance on board. The new mother can be seen as the chambermaid Tanja Lohmaier. And Collien Ulmen-Fernandes is also there again, for the fourth time she is Dr. See Jessica Delgado. However, Christian Ulmen’s wife was unable to travel to Namibia personally: her African scenes were shot in Bremerhaven, the 40-year-old revealed in an interview.
In it, she also spoke about Caro Daur’s performance: Ulmen-Fernandes revealed that the whole team was enthusiastic about the influencer. “When I arrived, she had been filming for two weeks and everyone was saying: ‘Caro is so cute!
