On the second evening, the new Munich open-air stage near the Fröttmaninger Arena passed its baptism of fire. After the Swiss rockers Gotthard were the Austro-Popper Pizzera & Jaus were guests at the Showpalast. But not in the Showpalast, but on the lawn in front of it, which just provided a beautiful, stadium-like backdrop. Only people who went to the toilet were allowed into the building, and the photos in the hallway revealed the building’s past as a horse palace.
