Tessa speaks of “ice cold” Heidi Klum – what other ex-GNTM models say about the chief judge

It was to be expected that Tessa Bergmeier spoke to Heidi Klum in the jungle camp. And what the model says coincides in part with allegations from other GNTM models.
Tessa Bergmeier was only part of “Germany’s next top model” for a few episodes. But she left a lasting impression after giving Heidi Klum the finger. At least that’s what was thought until now. In the jungle camp, Bergmeier now revealed that the finger was not aimed at the chief judge at all, but at a set photographer who wanted to capture her tears with the camera.

The Hamburg resident in the jungle did not leave good hair on Klum herself. “They fooled me! I found it unfair. I didn’t know what kind of light they wanted to put me in. They portrayed me as a bitch. It was so unfair,” she told Papis Loveday at the campfire. “She’s cold as ice. She has no empathy,” she said of Klum.
An accusation that has already been made by other ex-GNTM models. Most recently, Lijana Kaggwa unpacked last year and revealed details of her time on the casting show. “She doesn’t speak a sentence to us when the cameras are off,” she said of Klum. It was an “editorial decision” to portray her as a bitch, she also revealed. A similar accusation as Tessa made in the camp.
Ex-candidate Nathalie Volk also portrayed Klum as a villain. “This show is physical harm and bullying of young women,” she said in response to Kaggwa’s stories and described Heidi Klum as “very wrong people”. Shortly before the finale of the casting show last year, Youtuber Rezo published an account with “Germany’s next top model” and showed scenes in which the young girls and women were apparently harassed.
Other GNTM models raise similar allegations
In 2019, contestant Kim Dammer left the show voluntarily. At the time, Klum explained on the show that Dammer’s longing for her boyfriend was great, which is why she went home. A lie, as Dammer later revealed himself. “The statement why Kim didn’t want to continue is not truthful. The truth behind it is that Kim wanted to go her own way,” her friend told Promiflash. Dammer himself later told the “Bild” that Klum never realized that she missed her boyfriend.

Tears flow in the camp – and Tessa sends a message to the world
Ex-candidate Jana Heinisch spoke to “Watson” about her time at GNTM. She drew the picture of a distant Heidi Klum. “At that time we had, I think, 30 set days of shooting for the whole season. You saw her about once or twice a week. It was always about the shooting. I remember a situation at our first stop in Singapore . There the first or second girl flew out and went to Heidi to ask why. But the cameraman was already gone, “she explained. “Heidi just looked up from her cell phone, turned left and right and said, ‘Sorry, no camera’ and looked back at her cell phone, she just left the girl standing,” said Heinisch.
Bergmeier said in the camp that she was no longer able to work as a model after GNTM in Hamburg. The bitch image threw a spanner in the works.
