When the shows, talk shows and series go on summer break, ARD is usually in top form: that’s when the cineasts come. In the SommerKino series, Erste is now showing high-quality films every Monday at prime time. It starts at 8:15 p.m. with the film “Knives Out – Mord ist Familiessache”, a crime thriller in the best Agatha Christie tradition with Daniel Craig as a private detective.
This is the program in the SommerKino:
June 27: “Knives Out – Murder is a Family Matter”
July 4: “Grandchildren for Beginners”
July 11: “I’ve never been to New York”
July 18: “Lindenberg! Do your thing”
July 25: “The First Name”
August 8: “Kaiserschmarrn drama”
The films run on Mondays at 8:15 p.m.
