Department of Justice decides on charges
The panel accused Trump of, among other things, obstructing an official process, supporting an insurrection and conspiring to defraud the United States.
The Committee’s decision is primarily symbolic. The Ministry of Justice must now decide on criminal proceedings and possible charges.
