PARIS, January 23 (Reuters) – The stocks to follow on Monday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:

* EDF EDF.PA – The French State has crossed the threshold of 90% of the capital of EDF and will be able to proceed with the withdrawal of shares from the Paris Stock Exchange as part of the project to renationalise the electricity producer, announced on Friday the Ministry of Economy.

* AIRBUS AIR.PA is considering splitting off its Zephyr solar-powered satellite drone program, the Financial Times reported on Monday.

* ENI ENI.MI – Eni’s Managing Director, Claudio Descalzi, is set to win the support of the President of the Italian Board, Giorgia Meloni, for an unprecedented fourth term at the head of the Italian energy group, Reuters learned from multiple sources on Friday.

* BAYER BAYGn.DE – Union Investment, one of the shareholders of Bayer criticized Sunday the lack of initiative of the group’s president, in particular on the plan to split the consumer health division, reports the German business weekly WirtschaftsWoche.

* HOLCIM HOLN.S announced on Monday the acquisition for an undisclosed sum of the sand and aggregate quarries of Pioneer Landscape Centers, thus strengthening its presence in the United States.
