PARIS, May 30 (Reuters) – The values to follow on Tuesday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe where the “futures” on indices suggest a stable opening:
* VALNEVA VLS.PA announced on Tuesday that it has filed a marketing authorization application with Health Canada for its chikungunya vaccine candidate.
* UNILEVER ULVR.L said on Tuesday that its chief financial officer Graeme Pitkethly would leave the group at the end of May 2024.
* NESTLE NESN.S has announced the resignation of its financial director, Francois-Xavier Roger, replaced by Anna Manz from London Stock Exchange Group.
* ROLLS-ROYCE RR.L announced on Saturday that it had made no decision on changes to its workforce, after an article in the Sunday Times reported that the engine manufacturer would have to cut around 3,000 jobs.
* VALEO VLOF.PA on Monday announced a strategic cooperation and investment agreement with DiDi Autonomous Driving to jointly develop safety solutions for robotaxis as the use of autonomous vehicles expands around the world.
* DAIMLER DTGGe.DE on Tuesday announced a non-binding agreement with Toyota 7203.T to merge their truck divisions in Japan.
* ORANGE ORAN.PA – Citigroup resumes coverage at “neutral” with a target of 12.15 euros.
