The timetable for the new federal government is in place. On 177 pages, the SPD, Greens and FDP have laid down how their cooperation should look in the next four years. It has also already been agreed which party will get which ministry. An overview.

The parties want to present the heads for this in the next few days. Olaf Scholz will of course be Chancellor, and his party colleague Karl Lauterbach will be acting for the post of Minister of Health. The FDP has already decided that party leader Lindner should become finance minister and, according to several media reports, Annalena Baerbock should become foreign minister and Robert Habeck minister for economy and climate protection at the Greens.
